Advanced: Class Type 2 - Upper Body & Core Strength Workouts

These workouts target the upper body & core! Each class will vary in structure and the movements so you never get bored! All you need is a small space and a set of dumbbells. The heavier the dumbbells that you use, the harder the workout will be. It is recommended to use anywhere from 5-20 pound dumbbells but you can use whatever weight best fits your current fitness level.
