This workout includes 4 strength movements with no cardio. We repeat each movement 3 times back to back for 50 seconds on, 10 off, before moving to the next! We take a minute of rest at the halfway mark.
Note - this workout includes push-ups. For low-impact movements, please see the beginner version of this class!

This workout focuses on all strength movements with no intentional cardio. We work through 3 supersets of 2 movements for 3 rounds each. After each superset we end with 2 minutes of abs before heading into the rest period. Enjoy!
