With three class types—Upper Body & Core, Lower Body, and Full Body—you’ll get variety while working through one consistent level. Just like my dumbbell program, the heavier the kettlebell, the harder it will feel, so you can challenge yourself at your own pace. Each class includes low-impact modifications, making it accessible for a wide range of fitness levels. All you need is a kettlebell and a small space!
