This workout is completely focused on core! We work through 5 banded movements, 60 seconds back to back, for 2 rounds total. There are 3 movements on the floor and 2 standing movmenets. We take a few minutes in the beginning for a warm-up and then head straight into the workout. The actual workout portion is about 10-12 minutes total. Enjoy!
