This workout has 2 rounds of 10 movements targeting the lower body! We will work through 1 minute on, 15 seconds off of each movement and take rest at the halfway point. There are a few cardio lower body movements included in this workout. I offer modifications for the cardio movements to keep this workout low-impact if needed. Enjoy!
