This workout is heavily focused on upper body strength with a few core focused movements. There are 3 rounds of 7 movements.
The first and last movement of each round is a modified push up! The purpose of this is to start the round off and continue to build in fatigue for the final burn out with the modified push up at the end. Enjoy!
