This workout works through “Groups of 4”
There are 3 sets of 4 movements targeting the chest, biceps, triceps, and core! Each set has 3 rounds with 75 seconds off between sets to recover!
This workout is overall lower impact. The difficulty level of this workout is determine by the weight you use! The heavier the dumbbells, the more advanced this workout with be! I will offer modifications throughout. Enjoy!
