This beginner class has two sections! Section one focuses on strength with 4 rounds of 4 movements (75 seconds on, 15 off) with a little rest between rounds. Section two finishes with a lower-impact burnout of air squats and glute bridge holds. If you want higher-intensity options, check out the advanced version. Enjoy!

Beginner: 35-Minute Lower Body Strength
This workout includes 5 rounds of 5 lower body focused movements. We work through each round 60 seconds back to back with 30 seconds of rest after the fifth movement! For higher intensity movements, please see the advanced version of this class. Enjoy!

This workout includes 3 rounds of 11 different movements, working 60 seconds back to back! We alternate between dumbbell movements and body weight movements. We will take rest in between each round before continuing. Enjoy :)

10-Minute Lower Body Strength
This workout includes a 2-minute warm up + 8 minutes of lower body strength. There are 2 rounds of 4 movements. We work through 8 minutes straight at a consistent pace! The heavier the dumbbells, the more advanced this workout will be. Enjoy!
