This workout includes 10 rounds of 2 movements. The first is a dumbbell full body exercise followed by body weight jumping jacks. We focus on a high rep count in this workout and will continue to build in fatigue as we work through each round. We take a minute off halfway before moving to the second half. Note: for lower impact movements, please see the beginner version of this class. Enjoy!
