This beginner class focuses on full body lower impact movements for a cardio blast to get the heart rate up!There are two rounds of 10 exercises 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off taking a break halfway. You can refer to the timer on the screen for when to work and rest. You can also refer to the workout previews in the corner for the next exercise. Otherwise, I guide you through the entire thing!
