35-Minute Full Body - Back to the basics!
This workout focuses on basic lower body, upper body, and core strength movements with 5 low-impact cardio movements at the end of each round. We repeat 14 movements 2 rounds through. The first round is steady and by the beginning of round 2 the fatigue starts to hit, finishing with low-impact cardio again :) enjoy!
