This resistance band workout has 2 parts. In part 1, we work through 5 banded movements for 4 rounds. In part 2, we end with a body weight cardio finisher! The focus in part 1 is to tone and strengthen the muscles. The focus in part 2 is getting our heart rate up to finish! I offer low impact modifications for every cardio movement. Enjoy!
